Interior
This 5 bedroom house, fragrant with nature, provides privacy for partners, parents and children. The 4 bathrooms ensure everyone’s comfort even in the morning. The cosy living room with dining room and fireplace makes it easy to create a warm atmosphere. On hot summer days, you will appreciate the air-conditioned rooms on the 1st floor.
The special air-conditioned playspace for children ensures true comfort. The loft playroom provides the same, with plenty of space for board and movement games, as well as bean bags. Let’s see how much mischief and secret plans get hatched in there.
Exterior
Do you enjoy being in water as much as in the air? Then Rezidence Za Vodou is the
accommodation for you. You will enjoy water fun to the fullest here. Swim in the heated saltwater pool, wade across the stream or jump into the ice-cold pool after a hot sauna.
Afterwards, sit down with a coffee on the terrace and share impressions from your trip. In the evening, light a fire, sing and munch on something delicious.
Meal
Coming up with a meal plan is a punishment for you? Leave the thinking to others. You can have your lunch and dinner delivered from the nearby restaurant Tibor. Or get in your car and drive to the town of Vrchlabí. In 7 minutes, you’ll be choosing whatever you fancy from the menu.
You can also use the equipped kitchenette in the house. Stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, you will find everything there. And dishes of all kinds and sizes. Don’t be afraid to use all of it, when it gets dirty, put it in the dishwasher. There will also be drinks from the Podorlice Soda Factory and the Rychnov Brewery available for tasting. Do you know what to serve first?

Electricity is charged according to consumption at the rate of 7 CZK / kWh.
On arrival, the guest pays a refundable deposit of 5000 CZK.
Arrival at the residence is from 4.00 to 6.00 pm.
Departure from the residence is until 10.00 am.
