Rules for notification of dates and payment for accommodation:
– Upon booking, we will send the guest an email confirmation of the accommodation date with instructions for payment of the accommodation price
– the accommodation price is due within 10 days of the guest’s receipt of this email
– in case of non-payment of the accommodation price within 10 days from the receipt of the email by the guest, the reservation will be cancelled

Cancellation Policy

– accommodation can be cancelled free of charge by the guest up to 28 days before arrival
– in case of cancellation by the guest between the 27th day and the 15th day before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price will be refunded
– in case of cancellation by the guest between 14 days and the arrival date or in case of no-show, the accommodation price will not be refunded.
