Small, stylish, cosy, ideal for two. This is the accommodation in the Rezidence Za Vodou suite in the Giant Mountains. Come in the off-season and experience a romantic-adventurous holiday. You will have a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom just
to yourselves.
The suite is situated on the ground floor of the houses Ledňáček and Vážka. The rest of the house will be empty at the time of separate rental of the suite. You can fully enjoy all the outdoor attractions and facilities, including the technical room.
The suites can be rented separately only in the off-season, in April-June and September-November.

Interior
There’s nothing like making tea, coffee and a bite to eat in your own fully equipped kitchen. You can take all the goodies to the small cosy living room, feast, chat or play a game together.
The apartment includes a private bathroom with a toilet. In the cosy double bedroom you will dream only the most beautiful dreams.
Exterior
The outdoor fun doesn’t stop in the off-season. You can frolic by the stream or watch the scenery from the wooden playhouse. If the weather allows, sit outside on the terrace with a mulled wine in hand.
And if rain catches you by surprise, dry off in the storage room. You can store your bikes and other sports equipment there as well. Don’t worry, it is fully roofed.
Meals
You’re on holiday, so treat yourself to a little luxury and head to one of the renowned
restaurants in Vrchlabí. It’s a 7-minute drive away. Or have lunch and dinner delivered from the nearby Tibor restaurant.
You will have a small kitchenette available in your suite. There you will find everything you may need for occasional cooking.

Come and enjoy a great holiday in our house! Outdoor playground, swimming pool, whirlpool, what more could you ask for? Perhaps a flowing stream, an outdoor observation room and a children’s playroom with a TV and the latest XBOX ONE X console.

Price includes accommodation, cleaning after checkout, laundry, consumed firewood,
prepared selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the fridge.
Electricity is charged according to consumption at the rate of 7 CZK / kWh.
On arrival, the guest pays a refundable deposit of 5000 CZK.
Arrival at the residence is from 4.00 to 6.00 pm.
Departure from the residence is until 10.00 am.
